Summer Camp - 2nd to the 8th of July  2016

June 25 - An Orchestral Ensemble went to Larch Hill camp site in Tibradden on the slopes of the Dublin Mountains to play for a memorial service for past members of Scouting Ireland.

The 2016 St Agnes Golf Classic was won by the team of Eileen O'Connell,  John Waters, Brian Nally and Brendan O'Connor. It was held in at Wstmanstonw and was enjoyed by all.

Taking part in Sunday Funday were players from St Agnes/Scoil Colm Primary School Orchestra, St Agnes Parents String  Orchestra, Offbeat Ensemble and St Peter's Primary School Orchestra, Phibsborough.

On 2nd March an ensemble from St Agnes Chamber Orchestra performed at the Radisson Blue Hotel, Golden Lane, at the Pledge for Parity Awards Ceremony 2016 when Sister Bernadette Sweeney received an award on behalf of Miriam O'Callaghan of RTÉ, who was out of the country and asked Sister Bernadette to represent her at the Awards Ceremony. The event was organised by Courage GF Ireland and sponsored by the Nigerian Embassy in Ireland.

March 2016 : Congratulations to director Nicole Hudson and the members of St Agnes' Chamber Orchestra who performed in the Chamber Music Competition at Wesley College Inter-Schools Music Festival in the afternoon of Saturday 5th March. The Orchestra performed the 1st mvt of JS Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No 3 in original score for 3 violins, 3 violas, 3 celli and double bass. In a field of 14 chamber orchestras which included jazz ensembles St Agnes Chamber Orchestra led by Melissa Deans was Highly Commended with 82%. Well done to all of them!

Vasiliaskas from St. Agnes/Scoil Colm Primary School  Orchestra presented the flowers to soloists and conductors throughout the evening performance of the 21st FESTIVAL OF YOUTH ORCHESTRAS at the National Concert Hall on Saturday 13th February 2016
